Elements - Wind --Snowstorm--

First attempt at doing some stuff for my elements project...I feel like wind is likely to be the hardest one. Yesterday I was messing around in photoshop and came up with this. The best way I can describe it as windy is a combination of the streaks and the random particles floating around. I also still have this in grayscale so I can recolor it if someone thinks a different color would be better suited for "wind."

I also got "looks like a smiley face or some palm fronds."
